2014, Aelfric Eden was born in San Marino, CA. Asian American by background, the founder of Aelfric Eden carries an upbringing shaped by both Eastern and Western cultures. In the founder’s words: “We have lived inside both cultures and seen the best of both worlds. What we want is to merge our passion for Asian streetwear with Western style, and build a sense of fashion that we can all appreciate.” That blend is what lets them close the gap inside the subculture world, shaping a distinct form of expression and an identity that belongs to them alone.

2025

Complexcon

At Complexcon 2025, the "ORDER IS A LIE" capsule and its centerpiece installation carried our message on-site. The setup struck an emotional chord and pulled people in, as crowds stopped, engaged, and turned curiosity into the highlights of the day.

Fashion Fest

On the runway, burned and distressed product designs stood as a clear metaphor for our vision "MAKE WAVES NOT RULES"—setting rigid rules on fire and hinting at the birth of a new, self-defined identity.

Pop Up Tour

Seoul hosted our first pop-up in Asia, taking the "MAKE WAVES NOT RULES" spirit straight onto the streets of Korea. The space tied our brand visuals to the city, offering a direct encounter with our concept.

Live Fest - TikTok Live Fest 2025

In 2025, MAKE WAVES NOT RULES stepped offline for the first time at TikTok Live Fest. Aelfric Eden built a youth-culture hub, met creators from the platform, and put our message plainly: we don’t follow rules, we make waves.
